Reservations
To secure your seat at the restaurant it is advised to make a reservation in advance by e-mailing us at rezervacije@restoran-vila-rova.com, by giving us a call under +385 51 866 100, booking through our website or personally at the reception of the Hotel Vila Rova. Upon your reservation you will receive a written confirmation of your booking.
We kindly ask you to give us a notice in advance if running late. Otherwise your table will be reserved for additional 15 minutes. After that we will cancel the reservation and reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee.
During the reservation process we will ask for your name, surname, contact number, dietary preferences, as well as any required deposit or a valid credit card for which we reserve the right to authorize or verify its validity.
Reservation terms and conditions
Cancellations and modifications free of charge for reservations up to 4 people are possible up to 24 hours before the scheduled reservation time. Cancellations or modifications should be sent in a written form to the e-mail address provided above. You will receive a confirmation from us accordingly. For cancellations within 24 hours of the reservation time we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee.
Cancellations and modifications free of charge for group reservations (5 - 9 people) are possible up to 48 hours before the scheduled reservation time. Cancellations or modifications should be sent in a written form to the e-mail address provided above. You will receive a confirmation from us accordingly. For cancellations within 48 hours of the reservation, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee.
For groups of 10 people or more and special events such as weddings and other celebrations special conditions apply. A deposit is required as a reservation guarantee. In the event of cancellation the deposit is non-refundable.
Dress code and behaviour in the premises of the restaurant
We kindly ask all guests visiting Restaurant Vila Rova to adhere to a smart casual dress code. Entry in sportswear, beachwear and flip-flops is not permitted.
Every guest is expected to behave in a respectful and courteous manner towards other guests and restaurant staff while in the premises of Restaurant Vila Rova. In the event of any violation or disturbance of public order and safety we reserve the right to remove any guest who disrupts the experience of other guests or the staff of the restaurant.
Individuals under the influence of alcohol may be denied entry into the restaurant premises. It will be considered a cancellation of the reservation, subject to applicable charges.
