TASTING MENU „THE BRIDGE“
Slow food tasting menu “The Bridge” consists of seven courses. The idea behind the menu is to connect local fishermen, foragers and shepherds with our dear guests through creative dishes inspired by tradition with a contemporary twist. Through "The Bridge", our guests experience the culinary identity of Krk island by indulging in the abundance of the sea, forests and the Mediterranean herbs served on their plates. The menu is adapted depending on the freshness and seasonality of the ingredients.

TASTING MENUS „VALA“ AND „DRMUN“
Savor the essence of Krk flavours with shorter yet equally unique four- course menus “Vala” or “Drmun”, inspired by the two contrasting terrains that the island of Krk boasts. Depending on your preferences, you either dive into the “Vala” menu focusing on fresh, flavorful fish, or you choose to indulge in the “Drmun” menu, featuring meat dishes. Menu „Vala“ celebrates the bounty of the “bay” in which our restaurant is located and likes to surprise with dishes rarely found on restaurant' menus like shark or quality Kvarner scampi. Menu „Drmun“ is an ode to the woods and meadows of Krk featuring meat delicacies like lamb, goat or veal.
